Job summary

The Philanthropic Initiative (TPI) at The Boston Foundation seeks a Program/Marketing Associate to support marketing, communications, and business development efforts for client engagements. You will help design, develop, and evaluate philanthropic programs and strategic plans in collaboration with project teams.

The role involves preparing materials for client meetings, coordinating events, and assisting with research, writing, and administrative tasks to support TPI’s engagements and growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in marketing/communications.
• Experience in a consulting or client services environment is a plus.
• Superior writing, proofreading, and copyediting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Marketing Manager in creating, producing, and maintaining marketing collateral and events.
• Write, edit, and distribute print publications, email newsletters, website content, and reports.
• Manage social media editorial calendar and content dissemination.
• Maintain Salesforce database and internal data procedures for business development.
• Draft and produce email campaigns via Constant Contact.
