Job Description:

Supports the strategic and daily operations of Trinity University’s Center for International Engagement summer study abroad program in Berlin, Germany.

Responsibilities include supporting student health and safety, planning academic and cultural activities, and coordinating administrative tasks. Serves as the primary liaison between Trinity University and IES Abroad.

• Coordinates the Trinity in Germany summer program from May 26 to July 13, 2025.
• Serves as the primary contact for the program between CIE Staff and IES Abroad.
• Oversees daily program operations.
• Assists with on-site orientation in Berlin.
• Maintains financial records for reporting.
• Advises students on travel, housing, visa processes, and cultural expectations.
• Facilitates pre-departure orientations.
• Provides health and safety support, including emergencies.
• Assists faculty with organizing academic and cultural events.
• Monitors travel advisories, coordinates emergency responses, and liaises with Risk Management and CIE Staff.
• Ensures compliance with policies and federal guidelines for international travel.
