Job summary

Peace and Security Funders Group (PSFG) seeks a full-time Program Associate reporting to our Executive Director in the Washington, D.C. office.

The incumbent will support our team across all programs and activities, functioning independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects and contributing to a diverse, inclusive workplace. The ideal candidate will demonstrate commitment to DEI, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with a broad range of funders,

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for PSFG meetings; take notes and produce follow-ups; coordinate with venues and vendors.
• Manage Executive Director’s calendar; schedule meetings and travel.
• Prepare monthly expense reports and assist with budget tracking; manage PSFG email lists.
• Update and maintain PSFG website; assist with data entry and proofreading.
