Position Summary:
The Program Associate I is responsible for position control and budget management for the District's Exceptional Student Education (ESE) programs. This position oversees staffing allocations, funding assignments, ensures accuracy across District financial and reporting systems, and supports budget development as well as state and grant reporting requirements. Serving as a finance liaison between ESE and Human Resources, the Program Associate I assists with implementing staffing and funding decisions made by ESE Leadership.
