Job summary

Bancroft is hiring a Direct Support Professional for its Pediatric and Adolescent Residential Program in Cherry Hill, NJ. This in-person, full-time role offers an hourly rate and weekend shifts. Hourly Rate: $19.19-$19.58 Plus additional incentive

Direct Support Professional

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within Bancroft’s Pediatric and Adolescent Residential Program, you’ll support children with autism anddisabilities and empower them to realize their best life.

Bancroft is hiring throughout Burlington and Camden County, including Mount Laurel, Cherry Hill and Voorhees, NJ. Various schedules and shifts are currently available, including full-time, 2nd shift and overnights which require one of the weekend days.

Qualifications

We’re Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
  • Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
  • Have a current driver's license in good standing
  • Looking to fill Wed 1p-10p, Thur 12p-9p, Fri 1p-9p, & Sat 7a-9p

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
