Job summary

Bancroft is hiring a Direct Support Professional for its Pediatric and Adolescent Residential Program in Cherry Hill, NJ. This in-person role offers a full-time schedule with shifts including evenings and overnights; the hourly wage is $19.19–$19.58 with additional incentive opportunities.

The DSP will support children with autism and disabilities, helping them build daily living skills and independence through individualized care plans. A strong team ethic and weekend availability are essential.

• Able to work well in a team and willing to learn new skills.
• Must have weekend availability and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

We're Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:
