Job summary

ClimateWorks Foundation seeks an operations lead to oversee Team Cement’s grantmaking process, including assessment, disbursement, and evaluation. You will manage grantee relationships, track reports, and support annual planning and budgeting while improving policies and procedures.

You will collaborate with ClimateWorks peers, prepare external materials, and help disseminate knowledge through written and in‑person events.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management experience in a relevant role.
• Strong analytical and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with business software such as Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Signal.
• Experience managing grants or working with non‑profits

Responsibilities
