The Ms. Foundation for Women in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Program Associate to support its Grantmaking and Capacity Building team. The role involves managing administrative tasks, ensuring documentation for grantee partners, and facilitating communication across various teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and influence management skills to aid in special initiatives. This is a key position for helping the Foundation and its partners thrive.
The Program Associate reports to and works closely with the Sr. Director of Grantmaking and Capacity Building (GCB). Alongside the other Program Associate on the Grantmaking and Capacity Building team, the Program Associate will provide administrative support for the team while also ensuring that critical documentation is in place for our grantee partners to receive timely updates, participate in convenings, and otherwise take advantage of the many benefits of being in relationship with the Foundation and one another. The Program Associate will participate in weekly team meetings and will play a role in planning the retreats for the Grantmaking and Capacity Building team.
This position requires strong influence management and project management skills as the Program Associate will partner with multiple teams within the Foundation to support communications, special initiatives, and relationship building.
