Child & Family Services is seeking a detail-oriented Program Assistant for the Niagara County Youth ACT Team. You will support a multidisciplinary team delivering intensive, community-based mental health services to youth ages 10–21 and their families, while handling front desk, scheduling, phone outreach, and accurate records in the EHR system.

Position Summary:
The Niagara County Youth ACT Team is looking for a driven, and detail-oriented Program Assistant to help keep our program moving forward and making a difference in the community! In this vital role, you’ll support a passionate, multidisciplinary team that delivers intensive, community-based mental health services to youth (ages 10–21) and their families facing emotional and behavioral challenges. The Program Assistant provides outstanding customer service to clients, staff, referral sources, and community partners. You’ll handle front desk reception, scheduling, phone outreach, and ongoing communication with youth and families, while maintaining accurate records using the electronic health record (EHR) system. This role also includes essential clerical support such as scanning, filing, organizing, and coordinating team materials, along with serving as dependable backup for a variety of program-wide administrative tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
Competitive Pay Range of $19.25 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience, based on a 35‑hour work week
