Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, AAC.
• Ability to work with post-secondary students (18–26) with disabilities.
• Willingness to follow VBISD policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher with planning and implementing instructional activities in classroom, community and employment settings.
• Provide direct supervision of students in classroom and community settings.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transport students to community and employment settings using ISD vehicle.
