Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Motor vehicle record check will be performed annually.

Responsibilities

• Provides a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for Adult Day Care (ADC) clients.
• Assists with activities of daily living and recreational programming.
• Operates the ADC vehicle as needed, including transporting clients on outings, while ensuring safety and policy compliance.
