Job summary

Open Circle of Buffalo is hiring a Program Assistant to join our adult day team. This is a part-time role with daytime hours from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, three days per week (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday). Pay range is $17.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience, and location is 619 Montrose Blvd, Buffalo, MN 55313.

No evenings, weekends or holidays. As a Program Assistant, you will help create and implement activity programs, assist with personal needs, pass medications, and support daily

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience (HHA, PCA, CNA) preferred, but not required.
• Activity planning or related skills.
• CPR and First Aid Certified or willing to be trained.
• Must possess a valid MN Driver’s License.
• A desire to work with elderly adults and possess exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily recreational and leisure activities.
• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living).
• Take vital signs.
• Daily charting.
• Assist in creating and implementing daily programs/activities.
