The Arc Baltimore is seeking a Program Assistant for Day Services to help ensure accurate iCM attendance and CareTracker entries, maintain documentation quality, and support program compliance. The role collaborates with the Program Manager to keep operations efficient and services high quality.
You will lead iCM attendance training for new staff, support daily program functions, and assist with supervision as needed, contributing to a positive and compliant Day Program environment.
