Job summary

Med Center Health Adult Day Center in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Program Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time day shift (8:00am–5:00pm). Qualifications

• Two years of work experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Motor vehicle record check required and will be performed annually.

Responsibilities

• Provides a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for Adult Day Care (ADC) clients.
• Assists with activities of daily living, recreational programming, and general program support.
• Operates the ADC vehicle as needed, including moving vehicles within the parking area and transporting clients on outings, while ensuring safety and compliance with Med Center Health policies.
