Responsibilities

• Maintain the licensure of entities regulated by the Bureau
• Oversee the initial certification/licensure process for newly enrolling providers
• Enter data updates of regulated entities and maintain the electronic retention of documentation
• Monitor the Deeming status of providers by various accrediting organizations
• Triage phone calls and emails and refer to management as needed, and provide consultation to regulated entities regarding state and federal regulations
• Assist in work assignments and other duties as needed
