The C.A.R.E. Wellness Center is a 501(c)3-approved nonprofit organization founded in 2020 and based in Washington state. Our mission is to provide a safe farm stay, holistic retreat, and wellness programs for black, indigenous, people of color and allies, to recover from Post-Traumatic Slave Syndrome via Spirituality, Agro-Tourism, and Racial Justice.
We have designed our first pilot program, the C.A.R.E. Summer Re-Entry Program (SREP), a research program to serve young BIPOC adults after incarceration at no/low cost to support their rehabilitation from multigenerational trauma and reintegrate into their communities, avoiding recidivism.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to support our program and administration teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clerical support, organizing and coordinating various programs, and meticulously managing scheduling and all files and participant data.
The Program Assistant will provide clerical support to program and administrative staff, including document preparation, data entry, and correspondence management. They will organize and coordinate programs and events, ensuring seamless execution and participant satisfaction. They will also maintain and organize all files and participant data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
