Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Six months of clerical or administrative experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
  • Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route calls using a multiline phone system.
  • Welcome visitors and provide basic information about services.
  • Translate between English and Spanish as needed and take messages.
  • Perform clerical tasks: filing, copying, scanning, data entry.
  • Maintain organized records and assist HR with tasks as assigned.
  • Support office operations and supply management, and ensure confidentiality.
