They are also a proven facilitator and relationship-builder who can move between big-picture planning and hands-on execution, guide collaborative conversations, listen thoughtfully to diverse perspectives, communicate clearly, and bring sound judgment, adaptability, and follow-through to a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create structures that encourage diverse perspectives, productive dialogue, and shared ownership among EAB members.
  • Identify themes, needs, and opportunities emerging from educator feedback and incorporate them into curriculum and program development.
  • Maintain clear communication with EAB members between meetings and ensure follow-through on commitments and next steps.
