Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an implementation and coaching leader to lead Blue Engine product adoption across the Northeast. You will guide teachers, administrators, and coaches through strategic planning, professional learning, and iterative cycles to improve instructional systems.

The role emphasizes adaptive coaching, data-informed decisions, and collaboration with program and product teams to drive sustainable changes in practice.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of K–12 teaching with demonstrated impact on student outcomes.
  • 2+ years of instructional coaching, school leadership, or related implementation leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to deepen educators’ and leaders’ skills and shift mindsets through technical and adaptive coaching.
  • Experience building coaching relationships that lead to observable changes in practice.
  • Comfort coaching across multiple content areas and grade levels.
  • Ability to navigate varied school and district contexts and build trusted relationships.
  • Ability to organize and manage complex work across multiple partners and priorities.
  • Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative evidence to identify root causes, strengths, and barriers.
  • Ability to communicate clear expectations, coordinate and delegate work effectively, and follow through.
  • Strong knowledge of inclusive instruction and K–12 instructional systems.
  • Coaching experience in special education, multilingual education, RTI/MTSS, and/or tiered intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and contextualize Blue Engine products across an assigned Northeast portfolio.
  • Facilitate professional learning, communities of practice, coaching cycles, and strategic-planning sessions.
  • Coach educators on technical practices, adaptive mindsets, and team dynamics for inclusive instruction.
  • Support partners in strengthening systems, routines, and enabling conditions that sustain practice changes.
  • Develop and execute implementation plans aligned to partner goals and product objectives.
  • Coordinate schedules, communications, deliverables, data, and follow-up across concurrent partnerships.
  • Monitor implementation progress and identify risks, barriers, and emerging needs.
  • Diagnose root causes, adjust strategy, and elevate issues beyond the role’s authority.
  • Collect and analyze implementation, perception, practice, and student-outcome data.
  • Lead progress-monitoring conversations and translate evidence into implementation-impact narratives.
  • Maintain implementation records and portfolio updates.
  • Provide Partnership Development leaders with evidence, context, risks, and recommendations for renewal and expansion.
  • Pilot product updates and provide evidence-based feedback on usability, feasibility, relevance, and impact.
  • Collaborate with Program, Product, and Partnership Development colleagues.
  • Share lessons, effective practices, and implementation risks across partnerships.
  • Support shared tools, routines, and standards that improve implementation quality.
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, learning, and improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required
