Koniag Professional Services, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Program and Acquisition Support Analyst with a Secret Security Clearance to support KPS and our government customer at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to :

• Serve as an analyst for performing detailed research and analysis and provide support in the development of acquisition policy.
• Serve as the focal point of contact for managing and controlling all staff actions.
• Utilize internal systems to assign actions to respective organizations and monitor those actions, establishes and maintains an effective suspense control data base system, and informs Director, Staff Actions Control Office (SACO) of delays, adjustments in suspense and priorities, or other major changes as they occur.
• Support contingency / crisis support operations for customer.
• Utilizes a variety of computer hardware and software applications to manage work items including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and agency specific web applications and computer programs.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent analytical skills with proven experience applying analysis
• Experience tracking edits, additions, evidence, regulatory findings and assessments from multiple stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written technical writing skills with the ability to brief senior officials as required
• Secret security clearance required
• Good to Have - But Not Required : This helps differentiate between two or more good candidates.
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Experience with and knowledge of acquisition policy
