Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Program Analyst to support the USSOCOM J6 BAO under the PMOSS contract at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage schedules and records in a dynamic setting.

The position requires activity TS/SCI clearance, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience with administrative activities, policy implementation, and reporting. A four-year degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience supporting program administration, coordination, tracking, scheduling, or reporting.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• A four-year degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize local web portals to track and organize programs supporting the J6 BAO.
• Assist J6 BAO staff with administrative activities, SOCOM J6 training, TMT taskers, and policy implementation and compliance.
• Demonstrate effective communication, initiative, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Quickly learn and integrate into the USSOCOM organizational culture.
• Create reports and data visualizations to support leadership recommendations.
• Monitor project schedules and identify gaps and potential issues.
• Organize meetings and events, including virtual sessions, and assist with agendas and meeting notes.
