Job Description Overview

Assists with program development and implementation through managing processes, procedures, and tools that improve efficiencies. A Program Analyst coordinates HW logistics across teams, including support of Chipset Program managers on timelines, budgets, risks, and priorities to achieve program progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regularly coordinate internal customers for large, complex programs to identify and meet hardware needs, track and communicate program status updates, and ensure compliance with processes and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with hardware logistic teams to plan and execute program hardware requirements.
  • Prepare and discuss agendas for review board meetings under guidance of the Program Manager, documenting key discussion points, project plan changes, and stakeholder needs.
  • Contribute to and update project plans to support Program Managers or Leads on large programs, including priorities, timelines, critical tasks, stakeholder identification, and forecasted resource allocation.
  • Collect, compile, monitor, and maintain budget data, identify potential issues, and communicate to the Program Manager.
  • Track progress and execution of complex deliverables to ensure deadlines are met, identifying and escalating issues that may impact deadlines.
  • Coordinate schedules and task assignments for complex projects while following proper project management practices.
  • Identify risks and issues in limited capacity throughout the program lifecycle, communicating issues to the Program Manager and coordinating solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data and program metrics using advanced tools, resolving inconsistencies.
  • Maintain and update databases using advanced data management tools (e.g., Excel, Agile).
  • Synthesize moderately complex data and metrics into a summary of key trends, risks, and changes, presenting results in an easily understood report.
  • Gather feedback and implement improvements to assigned planning processes, tools, and methods.
