ZelTech is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide programmatic, financial, and strategic planning support for Unmanned Systems (UxS) initiatives in government projects.

You will manage lifecycle program support, cost analysis, and risk mitigation, coordinate with engineering and project teams, and help prepare test plans and decision briefings.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must have an active SECRET clearance.
• BA or Advanced degree in a business or technical field.
• 10+ years’ experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interface with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience in program analysis, defense acquisition, or systems engineering support.
• Demonstrated experience in program documentation control.
• Successful background and drug screening check.

Job Summary

ZelTech is seeking a detail-oriented and highly experienced Senior Program Analyst to provide programmatic, financial, and strategic planning support for Unmanned Systems (UxS) initiatives. This position will play a critical role in managing technical instruction execution, supporting decision‑making processes, and ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and performance goals across multiple projects in research, development, and fielding of autonomous maritime and aerial systems for the Government Customer.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of program planning, tracking, and execution for UxS development and sustainment efforts.

• Experience with risk management, configuration management, and DoD acquisition lifecycle frameworks.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary technical programs.
