Systems Technology Forum is seeking a Program Management Support professional to assist Japan and San Diego operations. The role involves developing planning documents, budgets, staffing plans, schedules, and action matrices to support the DoD and NIWC Pacific programs.

Travel is not required and telework is not supported. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience, with networks and NIEF familiarity, and hold a High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains internal working documents, reports and briefings for management and other stakeholders.
• Plans and updates program and project management plans, budgets, staffing, schedules and action plans.
• Supports NIWC Pacific meetings and inter-office coordination with sponsors and stakeholders.
