Qualifications

• SpecializedExperience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to perform the duties of the position.
• To qualify at GS-12, one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems. Includes: advising on impacts of software development decisions, planning and testing, problem resolution, and documentation for AIS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides advice on impacts, risks and mitigation of software development decisions, plans, and specifications.
• Prepares functional test plans and test data; coordinates testing activities with AIS project personnel.
• Identifies and documents application and system problems and coordinates fixes with programmers/contractors.
• Designs, develops and maintains operating manuals/procedures for AIS implementations.
