Job summary

UC Irvine Social Impact Hub is seeking a Program Analyst to provide comprehensive operational, logistical, financial, and strategic support for joint initiatives between the two centers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in processing financial transactions, reimbursements, or invoices.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders including faculty, community members, nonprofit organizations, and public officials.
• Proficiency with standard office and project management software (MS Office, Google Workspace, Asana).
• Experience with WordPress or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive operational, logistical, financial, and strategic support for joint initiatives between the Social Impact Hub and the Newkirk Center for Science and Society.
• Apply administrative and analytical skills to advance the centers' mission of community-engaged research, research translation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Exercise independent judgment on day-to-day matters and contribute to planning and implementation of the centers' collaborative priorities.
