Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects in Panama City, Florida. The role acts as a liaison among project management, planning, project teams, and line management, reviewing status, budgets, and schedules to protect productivity and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in program management support or a related DoD environment, plus a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of related experience; or Master's plus 1 year; 4 years experience in lieu of degree.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
Minimum 3 years of program management support or related DoD contracting/defense environment experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint; strong written and verbal communication.
Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects.
Serve as liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management.
Review project status and budgets; manage schedules; prepare status reports.
Develop mechanisms to monitor project progress and intervene to resolve issues.
Ensure contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are met; define and implement planning techniques.
Develop budgets and schedules; monitor performance against plans to meet objectives.
