Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support operational aspects of ongoing projects. The role emphasizes oversight of project activities, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting to ensure success and client satisfaction.

You will act as a liaison among project management, planning teams, and line management while applying disciplined planning techniques and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow specific instructions and established policies and procedures.
• Eagerness to learn industry practices and standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with supervisors, project leaders, and team members.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain active secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects.
• Serve as a liaison between project management, planning teams, and line management.
• Review project status, budgets, and schedules, and prepare regular status reports.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Monitor project progress and support problem-solving efforts with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Ensure contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being fulfilled.
• Support the definition and implementation of project planning techniques.
• Assist in developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual and project requirements.
• Participate in establishing and defining program plan requirements.
• Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
