Qualifications

• Requires interim secret clearance to start and Top Secret clearance upon hire.
• Three+ years in program management support or project coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects; liaison between PM, planning, project teams and line management.
• Review project status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.
• Develop mechanisms to monitor project progress and intervene to resolve problems with PMs, line managers and clients.
• Ensure contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are met; define and implement project planning techniques.
• Develop budgets and schedules; monitor performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost and schedule objectives are achieved.
