Job Opportunity: Program Analyst – PdL CSTP

Position Details

• Position: Program Analyst
• Location: JBMDL (remote)
• Clearance: Secret
• Salary: $100K – $150K annually, commensurate with education and experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support for PM Tactical Network’s portfolio.
• Support program analysis, risk management, and lifecycle acquisition strategies for multiple programs.
• Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and resource forecasting using GFEBS and other tools.
• Develop briefings, reports, and documentation for program management and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, AFARS, and related regulations.

Mandatory and Preferred Requirements

Mandatory: Must be a US Citizen to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Preferred: Experience in Cost, Data, and Risk Analysis, Project Management, Strategic Planning, and familiarity with US Army tools and regulations.

Experience and Education

BA or BS degree preferred; 6-12 years or more experience preferred.
