Program Analyst – PdL CSTP

Position Description: Program Analyst

Location: JBMDL (remote)

Clearance: Secret

Salary: 100K – 150K Annual; Commensurate with Education/Experience

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support for PM Tactical Network’s tactical communications systems.
  • Offer Program Analyst and Risk Management support for multiple long-term and new programs.
  • Assist in acquisition strategy and lifecycle management as a subject matter expert.
  • Conduct program and financial analysis, including day-to-day management of ACAT 1 military communications programs.
  • Guide milestone decision processes for ACAT 1, 2, and 3 programs, developing necessary documentation and briefings.
  • Support Business Management Division activities, including budget creation, resource forecasting, and expenditure tracking in GFEBS.
  • Prepare financial studies, analyses, and presentations on funding and program status.
  • Review and ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, AFARS, and other regulations in acquisition activities.
  • Create detailed briefings, reports, and project plans for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage risks, develop project timelines, and coordinate efforts across teams to meet milestones.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness for budgetary actions and financial data.
Mandatory Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen to obtain and maintain security clearances.

Preferred Skills:
  • Financial Management, Cost and Risk Analysis, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Requirements and Risk Management, Vendor Management, Human Resources.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
Experience and Education:

BA or BS degree preferred. 6-12+ years of relevant experience preferred.
