Job summary

Bowhead Family of Companies (UICGS) seeks a Program Analyst to join our Crane, IN team supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division. You will maintain charts, track action items for the contract, and prepare slides for presentations.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred) and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with SharePoint and Power BI skills and strong communication abilities; you may work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional Program Analyst or equivalent experience required.
• SharePoint experience required.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI) skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative duties as assigned.
• Capture and edit photos/videos for promotional use.
• Communicate with vendors via email, phone, and in person; attend and track meeting minutes and develop slides for presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
