Functional Description

• Provides support to IPT Leads and associated teams.
• Coordinates the execution of complex data calls ad tasks to meet required deadlines and tracked for closure.
• Prepares executive briefs.
• Composes correspondence requiring some understanding of technical matters. Reviews outgoing correspondence and alerts writer to any conflicts with the file or departure from policies.
• Summarizes the content of incoming materials or meetings, ensuring that requests for action or information are relayed to the appropriate staff member.
• Demonstrated oral and written skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support IPT meetings, collect meeting minutes, action items and track their status to completion.
• Plan, coordinate and prepare travel itineraries for IPT members.
• Review, update and correct Naval documentation in accordance with the Navy Styles guide.

Required Experience

• Proficient in MS Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Desired Experience

• At least 2 years supporting NAVAIR programs.
• Expert in MS Suite.
• Strong Administrative and writing skills.
• Familiar with Defense Travel Systems.
