Job summary

Amentum is hiring for the NSWC Crane Strategic Microelectronics Division to support documentation, scheduling, and program management tasks. The role emphasizes collaboration, data maintenance, and meeting coordination in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a STEM-leaning background with a Bachelor's or Associate degree and at least 3 years of related experience, plus strong MS Office skills and excellent communication. A Secret clearance is required to start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years of related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and coordinate with customers to generate plans, schedules, briefings, and reports
• Compile inputs and assist in preparing presentation materials
• Assist in managing master files and schedules for the division and program
• Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and databases to support objectives
• Coordinate meetings, prepare summaries, and track action items
• Assist with workflow management to complete tasks
