Job summary

The Agency Office of State Human Resources, Division of Temporary Solutions, invites applications for a Program Analyst I to support the Recycling Infrastructure Grant Funds program and related environmental initiatives.

Based in Raleigh/Wake County, the role requires researching local recycling needs, promoting funding opportunities, assisting with applications, and overseeing pass‑through contracts; travel to western North Carolina is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and three years progressively responsible experience related to the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • managing pass-through grant contracts

  • creating grant process resources
  • ensuring projects are eligible activities and adhering to all applicable pass-through funding requirements
  • Travel to western North Carolina will be required.
