Job summary

Responsibilities

Utilizes VSSC, Pyramid Analytics and other applications to perform sophisticated data analysis, including extracting data from internal and external databases, analyzing and interpreting complex data using basic statistical models, and designing and preparing user friendly reports
Uses web-based software to digitize paper processes and improve administrative workflows
Serves as a resource to executive leadership for creating service-wide impact modules in clinical and administrative services
Conducts independent research to understand VA databases and data sources to retrieve and validate data and translates customer requirements into analytics logic
Researches and establishes data collection procedures for programmatic activities or evaluations
Researches external data sources for benchmarking and performance improvement and contributes to innovative health services delivery approaches
