Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking a Program Analyst (Law Enforcement and Government) to contribute to project deliverables, manage multiple workstreams, and support mission requirements both remotely and in-person from Maryland. Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in project management related support and process improvement.
• Direct experience with client and stakeholder engagement (including senior-level leaders) and delivering work products for clients in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potential.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person.
• Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools (SharePoint preferred).
• Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects.
• Clearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Key contributor to project deliverables, mission requirements, project management plans, and program activities
• Problem-solve, perform basic research, and escape issues when needed
• Join our consulting practice to support projects and company growth initiatives, managing multiple workstreams at one time
• Collaborate with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service and achieving mission results
• Apply excellent consulting, research, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
• Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to our company culture, which promotes client-focused teamwork, learning, and helping others to grow and develop
