Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC in Fort Belvoir, VA seeks a Financial Execution and Operations Support Program Analyst Journeyman to provide journeyman-level analysis and operations support across RTI financial execution and portfolio functions.

A Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field is required, with at least 3 years in engineering/science management, operations research, or financial/cost analysis, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Demonstrated program-analysis and data-reporting capability.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills in a government support environment.
• Experience with Army financial/data systems (desired).
• Prior DEVCOM C5ISR or ACC-APG support (desired).

Responsibilities

• Support funding-document review, tracking, and reporting across RTI financial operations.
• Coordinate meetings and draft executive summaries.
• Assist with onboarding of new government personnel, records management, and completion of taskers.
• Assist with reporting requirements to Project Leaders and Government managers.
