General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Program Analyst to support the Worldwide Field Support PMO. You will help manage analytics, budgeting and data reporting to sustain U.S. Army C5ISR programs globally, including coordination with WFS PMO/PCO.

You will collaborate with Army customers and dispersed teams, ensuring records are accurate and compliant while delivering on program milestones and actions across time zones.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of related administrative, program support, operations, finance, or related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; Oracle and SC360 a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work onsite at Falls Church, VA and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

PROGRAM ANALYST

Support mission-critical programs that enable U.S. Army C5ISR capabilities around the world as a Program Analyst. Here, you will see the bigger picture on mission initiatives while developing your program management career at GDIT.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a Program Analyst supporting the Worldwide Field Support (WFS) Program Management Office (PMO) at Falls Church, VA, the work you’ll do at GDIT will directly support Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) and Army Software & Innovation Center (ASIC) in sustaining U.S. Army C5ISR systems and capabilities around the globe.

Responsible for providing ongoing analytics and specialized financial support while providing day-to-day program support to the WFS PMO/PCO.

  • Responsible for various business and financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, auditing and analysis.
  • Perform a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of the contract.
  • Supports team in managing, tracking and reporting data as requested.
  • Maintains appropriate records and documentation.
  • Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures and government regulations.
  • Participates in ad-hoc/special projects as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of related administrative, program support, operations, finance, or related experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to develop and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, reports, presentations, and electronic records. Oracle and SC360 experience a plus.
  • Program Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple personnel actions, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, program leadership, U.S. Army customers, government personnel, vendors, and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Administrative Skills: Ability to review documentation for completeness and accuracy, identify discrepancies, maintain detailed records, and follow actions through completion.
  • Financial Skills: Basic understanding of business travel, expense reporting, timekeeping, labor charging, and administrative financial processes.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required: Yes.
  • Role Requirements: Ability to work onsite as required at Falls Church, VA, and support a PMO operating across multiple U.S. and international time zones.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% based on program and mission requirements.

The likely salary range for this position is $70,658 - $83,375. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
