DCS Corp is seeking a program analyst to provide high level SME support for Army acquisition programs in Maryland. The role focuses on planning, evaluation, and prioritization of technical and financial resources.
Responsibilities include coordinating with program managers and staff across phases, applying expert planning knowledge, and mentoring junior analysts. A TS clearance and citizenship are required, with extensive supervisory experience preferred.
DCS is looking for a program analyst to provide high level subject matter expertise in the planning, evaluation, review and prioritization of technical and financial resources associated with Army acquisition programs.
Advises and supports program, planning, evaluation and financial management functions; as well as the strategy and performance measurement functions for assigned programs.
Performs extensive coordination with Program Managers, other CPEs, DA staff, other services and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects.
Applies expert knowledge of program planning and evaluation, Army missions, goals and objectives.
Completes strategic planning, engagements, and outreach.
Mentors junior program analysts.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's and minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience managing government technical acquisition programs is required of which one (1) year must be supervisory.
Top Secret clearance.
DAU Level III certification in relevant area.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$123,639 - $222,211
