Job summary

Intrepid, an SPA Company, seeks a Program Analyst (Defense Travel System) to support the Army's Integrated Fires Directorate by handling Defense Travel System travel administration and related tasks. The role requires DoD travel knowledge, review for accuracy, and coordination with officials.

The position is based in Huntsville, Alabama, with five days per week on-site; telework is by exception based on mission needs. We offer competitive compensation and strong 401k participation.

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance required.
• 3–10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with DTS, DoD travel, administrative support, or related functions.
• Familiarity with government travel processes and policies.
• Ability to review information for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at various levels.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in the Huntsville, AL area in person, five days per week; telework is by exception.

Responsibilities

• Provide Defense Travel System (DTS) travel administration and related support.
• Cover travel authorizations, vouchers, amendments, cancellations, reviews, corrections, and other travel actions for IFD personnel.
• Coordinate with travelers and officials to resolve travel issues and ensure timely actions.
• Offer guidance on travel procedures and identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce delays.
