Job summary

GDIT in Maryland is seeking a Program Analyst Associate to support the Worldwide Field Support (WFS) PMO. You will analyze financial data, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to sustain U.S. Army C5ISR initiatives around the world.

The role requires cross-functional coordination and onsite work at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, with occasional travel. Ideal candidates have a 3+ year background in program support or related fields, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Arts/Science or an Associate degree with 2 additional years of relevant experience.
Experience: 3+ years of related administrative, program support, operations, finance, or related experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; ability to develop and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reports; Oracle and SC360 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing analytics and specialized financial support for the WFS PMO/PCO.
Conduct budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and analysis for the contract.
Support data tracking, reporting, and documentation; maintain records.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and additional duties as assigned.
