Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Data Analytics preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deliverable-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; Access and SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of PMO meetings with actionable outcomes.
• Provide acquisition support including SOW/SOO/PWS, Market Research/AoA, and Cost Estimation.
• Financial tracking and reporting of construction, maintenance, and operation costs.
• Coordinate real property management activities and monthly asset reporting.
• Support project initiation to close with QA/QC of PRDs and data management.
• Identify, monitor, and report on risks; prepare risk baselines and mitigation plans.
