RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support Army Cyber and Space SETA program management and analysis activities, helping with planning, evaluation, spend plans, and contractor performance.

The role suits a detail-oriented, analytical professional who can operate in a structured government environment, coordinating with Army, DoD, and industry stakeholders; strong Excel and Office skills are essential. Experience with budget exhibits or cost analysis is a plus.

Formación

• AA/AS from an accredited college or university or equivalent certificate aligned to duties.
• 1–2 years of program analysis or business management support on large projects.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to support cost analysis, financial tracking, and program management activities.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, evaluation, review, and prioritization of technical and financial resources.
• Assist with program planning, program evaluation, financial management, cost analysis, and contractor performance measurement.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, other PEOs, DA staff, other services, and industry personnel.
• Support the preparation, coordination, and review of program plans, schedules, milestones, briefings, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in organizing, scheduling, and administering meetings and forums for discussing issues, risks, actions, and decisions.
• Monitor program operations and support identification, tracking, and resolution of issues, risks, and control gaps.
• Evaluate the adequacy of controls and corrective actions, and identify alternative solutions.
• Create and maintain spend plans, budget exhibits, dashboards, and program analysis products using Excel.
• Support action item tracking, data collection, reporting, and cross-stakeholder coordination.
