Job summary

Qualifications

  • Specialized Experience: 1 year of experience at GS-11 level or higher.
  • Experience in quality assurance of complex management analyses and data handling.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate, justify, execute and monitor the District's Civil Works Program.
  • Interrupt directives, instructions and delegations for impact on major objectives.
  • Prepare draft and final justification documents for OMB and Congress.
  • Prepare narrative and statistical material, exhibits, and background information.
  • Monitor obligations and expenditures of program funds for optimal utilization.
  • Develop the current year program and track obligations throughout execution.
