Job summary

US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a Program Analyst in the Programs Management Branch to oversee the Civil Works Program formulation, justification, and execution. Responsibilities include monitoring funds, developing the current year program, and preparing materials for OMB and Congress.

Qualifications

Specialized Experience: 1 year of experience at GS-11 level or higher.
Experience in quality assurance of complex management analyses and data handling.

Responsibilities

Formulate, justify, execute and monitor the District's Civil Works Program.
Interrupt directives, instructions and delegations for impact on major objectives.
Prepare draft and final justification documents for OMB and Congress.
Prepare narrative and statistical material, exhibits, and background information.
Monitor obligations and expenditures of program funds for optimal utilization.
Develop the current year program and track obligations throughout execution.
