This is a full-time, day-shift position with up to 10% travel and eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Performs Operational Support tasks for the Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Division.
• Audits available data, identifies deficiencies, manages data, researches data sources for program supportability data and submits findings to the Government.
• Assists in planning and organizing a project and its resources.
• Consolidates, tracks and monitors funding sources, track expenditures, supports input and tracking of WBS live data, coordinates team meetings, publishes agendas, records and distributes minutes, maintains team calendar, and prepares reports for weekly/monthly events.
• Prepares program management correspondence, designs charts, spreadsheets, Gantt charts, and presentations, and prepares analytical reports and meeting minutes; conducts quality reviews of documents.
• Researches, develops, coordinates and implements development plans and schedules for AEA programs to meet tasking objectives within budget constraints.
