Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst to join our team supporting our MITSM customer in Stafford, VA. The role involves coordinating acquisition documentation, market research, data calls, and process improvement initiatives across government tools and Agile teams.

Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of related experience, including acquisition support and SharePoint management. A Secret clearance is required, with US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• At least 2 years of acquisition support experience preferred.
• Experience developing or reviewing project management plans preferred.
• Experience managing SharePoint site content and permissions.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition teams in preparing, reviewing, updating, maintaining, routing, and approving acquisition documentation
• Assist with market research by identifying vendor sources and drafting market research reports
• Track and manage action items using Government tools, monitor due dates, and ensure timely completion
• Schedule and reserve conference rooms in accordance with local procedures
• Coordinate meetings, including notifications, agendas, logistics, and follow-ups
• Gather inputs for data calls, draft responses, and support Government leadership reviews
• Document and analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into process maps and technical requirements
• Provide recommendations to improve products, services, and processes
• Develop briefings and communication materials for customers, management, and executive stakeholders
• Gather information from subject matter experts to create procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
• Research, write, and edit content to align with project requirements
• Utilize Microsoft and Atlassian tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence to support deliverables and process improvements
• Apply Agile methodology to support PI planning and project execution
• Provide strong customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned.
