PPM Analyst (Program Performance Management)

Saab, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled PPM Analyst (Program Performance Management) to support our organization. This position is eligible for full-time remote work.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters, analyzing program performance, and monitoring contract/program Estimate at Complete.
• Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in program management tools and processes, mentoring teams.
• Leading the development of time-phased budgets integrated with IMS to meet contract and program objectives.
• Integrating subcontractor and material data into program data.
• Performing advanced analysis in EAC, Management Reserve, Risk, and Opportunity Management.
• Preparing and presenting program review documents to senior leadership.
• Ensuring data reconciliation with contract modifications.
• Defining requirements to solve business problems and fostering team collaboration.
• Interfacing with multiple IPT leads and PMs across locations.
• Demonstrating EVMS compliance through audits.
• Supporting other programs with expertise during critical periods.
• Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Leading development of detailed IMP and IMS, ensuring schedule integration and applying advanced schedule techniques.
• Creating and analyzing milestone charts, managing WBS, IMP, and IMS for proposals.

Compensation Range: $78,900 - $98,600. Compensation considers role responsibilities, location, experience, and skills.

Requirements:

• BA/BS in business, engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, military, or government contractor environment.

Skills:

• MS Project, MS Office, Deltek Cobra, EVMS, and scheduling data integration.
• IMP/IMS development, Critical Path Analysis, Variance Analysis, EVMS concepts.

Desired Skills:

• Schedule Risk Analysis, Risk & Opportunity Management, Open Plan Scheduling.

Citizenship: U.S. citizen, eligible for security clearance.
