Under the direction of a Supervisor I, the Analyst I performs complex and varied analytical duties, and provides staff assistance on sensitive departmental and program matters. These activities require the incumbent to work independently and maintain working relationships with numerous internal and external partners. The incumbent will continually evaluate OSP needs and provide recommendations to management. The Analyst I must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and demonstrate a high degree of initiative, independence and organization in addition to having knowledge of current office methods and procedures with particular reference to the work done by the OSP. You will collaborate closely with team members and internal/external partners to contribute to the successful implementation of large-scale initiatives such as the Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative, Medi-Cal school-based services, CalHOPE, and the CalAIM Justice-Involved Initiative. Your work will directly support DHCS's mission to provide equitable access to quality health care, leading to a healthier California for all. Telework: This position may be eligible for telework.
