Job summary

Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) is seeking a Program Analyst for a remote-first role based in Wisconsin. • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, public policy, community planning, or another quantitative field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Three or more years of experience in program evaluation, data analysis, economic analysis, public policy, data management, or a related field; a master's degree may substitute for experience
• Experience working with data processing, statistical analysis, and data management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Interest in economic development and economic trends impacting Wisconsin communities and businesses
• Occasional statewide and national travel (less than 20%)

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

The Program Analyst supports data-informed decision making and program evaluation efforts across WEDC. This role helps strengthen the organization’s ability to measure outcomes, understand economic development trends, and assess the impact of investments and programs throughout Wisconsin.
